Remembrance is a piece that explores both my memories and the memories of others, and the process of trying to gather those memories together. the feelings that arise and the stories that are brought to the surface.

VIDEO PIECE: remembrance 2.0
Over the years, I have found myself being drawn to the past. Old photographs, videos, stories, everything that told a story. I began to explore this with interest by searching through my dads old photographs, as I did this, his storyteller came out. I found out a lot of things I didn't know about my dad. This new knowledge drove me to explore my own past, as well as made me think about this particular quote “I wish there was a way to know you were in the good old days before you’ve actually left them” this has made me look at my life, and everything I do, how I document and share, when to live in the moment, and when to take advantage of that moment.
